Tourism Prize awarded to Macià Hoteles by the Granada Chamber of Commerce, for its contribution to the business and social fabric of the city.
Recognition for being the pioneers in obtaining the "q" seal of quality in Spain.
The General Directorate of Tourism implemented a quality system in all its establishments, and Hotel Macià Cóndor and its staff were direct participants in the many meetings held with the authorities that created the quality standards that currently exist in the sector. This system is regulated by the ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality) and its “Q” seal standards. The Hotel Macià Cóndor was the first hotel in Granada and Andalusia to be certified according to this system and one of the first at national level.
