The Web MACIÁ HOTELS, with company name PROMOCIONES CONDOR S.A., in C/ Zacatín nº25. PC: 18001 Granada, registered in the Mercantile Registry volume 529- Folio 146- Page nº GR-4570, with Tax ID: A18031724, regulates through this announcement the use of its web page (www.maciahoteles.com).

I.- Users

The access to or / and to the web site of MACIÁ HOTELS attributes who performs the condition of user, accepting from this moment, completely and without any reserves the present general conditions, as well as the private conditions that in its case, complement, modify or substitute the general conditions in relation with certain services and contents in the web site.
  
II.- Use of the Web site, services and contents

The user compromises to use the web site and its services and contents without infringing the active legislation, the good faith, and the uses generally accepted and the public order.

Also it is banned, the use of the web with illicit or injurious purposes against MACIÁ HOTELS or any third party. 

With respect to the contents (information, texts, graphics, sound and / or image files, photos, designs, etc.) it is prohibited:
Its reproduction, distribution or modification unless an authorization of the legislative titular is given or if it is legally permitted.   Any infringement of the rights of MACIÁ HOTELS or of their legislative titular among those rights.

Any intention to obtain the contents of the web site by any different method that those available for the users as well as the ones normally employed on the web, as long as no harm is caused to the web of MACIÁ HOTELS

Under no circumstances MACIÁ ENTRY shall be responsible for the contents or services available to the public neither in the web page from which the “hyperlink” is performed nor of the information and demonstrations included in it.

V. Guarantee and responsibility exclusion

MACIÁ HOTELS does not give any guarantee and is not responsible in any case of the damages and injuries of any nature that could cause:  
 
The lack of availability, maintenance and effective functioning of the web and / or of its services or contents.
The lack of utility, adequacy or validity of the Web and / or of its services or contents to satisfy necessities, activities or concrete results or expectancies of the users.
The existence of virus, malicious or harmful programs present in the contents.
The reception, collection, storage, dissemination and transmission of the contents the by users.
The illicit use, negligent, fraudulent, opposite to the present General Conditions, to the good faith, to the uses generally accepted or to the public order in the web site, its services or contents by the users.
The lack of legality, quality, credibility, utility and availability of the services offered by a third party and put available for the users in the web site.
 
VI. Term

The term of the provision of the service in the web site and of the services is indefinite. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, MACIA HOTELS reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or finish the service of the Web or of any of the services that integrate it in the same concepts that are gathered in the third condition.

VII. Intellectual Property

To preserve the possible rights of intellectual property in the case of any user or a third person it is considered that a violation of its legible rights has been performed in a determinant content of the Web; such notice should be notified to MACIÁ HOTELS indicating:

Personal details of the interested person whose rights have presumably been infringed.
If the claim is presented a third person distinct from the interested, he / she must indicate the representation of the action.
Indication of the protected contents for the rights of the intellectual property and its situation in the web must be provided.
Accreditation of the intellectual property rights stated.
Specific declaration in which the interested person is responsible for the veracity of the information facilitated in the notification.

VIII. Applied legislation and Jurisdiction
The present General Conditions will be ruled by the Spanish legislation.

MACIÁ HOTELS and the user, with expressed waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they might have recourse, they are subject to the Courts and Tribunal Jurisdiction of the user address for any issues or actions that could be raised from the web service and its services and contents, and of the interpretation, application, compliance or non compliance of what is established. In the case that the user has its address out of Spain MACIÁ HOTEL and the user, with expressed waiver of any other jurisdiction that could corresponds, they are subject to the Courts and Tribunal Jurisdiction of Granada.
